If you are not entirely delighted with the Goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the Goods are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.


  • Go to Orders in your account
  • Find the order containing items you wish to return and click “View Order”. You will be taken to the order details.
  • Choose the items by selecting them in the “Return” column. Then press the “Return Selected” button below.
  • To complete the request, indicate the quantity you are returning and let us know the reason for returning. Click “Submit”.
  • One last thing, you will be shown a link from which you will be able to print a postage label with our returns address. If for any reason you are unable to open the label prepared for you, simply use the address below.

IF YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER AS A GUEST (without registering)

Email us at returns@aneesi.co.uk with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Names and quantities of the items you wish to return (this is important if you wish to keep certain items from you order)
  • It will also be great if you tell us why you are returning them (this will help us understand if there is anything we can do better in the future)

Our promise to you is that within 3-5 working days after receiving the Goods back from you we will issue a refund to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account on which the purchase was made. We have no control over how quickly the banking system will process the refund and how quickly it will appear on your statement but it typically takes up to 14 working days.

For orders with delivery to the UK, we will refund the cost of the Goods being returned and the cost of the original delivery but not the cost of returning the Goods.

For orders with delivery outside of the UK, we will refund the cost of the Goods being returned. Unfortunately, we will neither be able to cover the cost of the original delivery nor the cost of returning the Goods.

The Goods will remain your responsibility until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you send the Goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the Goods.
